Maintenance & Inspections
A Property Manager is assigned to work directly with each of our clients and is responsible for directing a seamless flow of activities within the Structure Properties system. This includes the oversights of our maintenance team that dispatches vendors for all necessary repairs. And residents have 24/7 access to a live member of our team for maintenance emergencies.
Compliance
Upon the transition of a property to our portfolio, our Compliance Manager conducts a thorough inspection to identify any deficiencies in code compliance or safety. We work in tandem with City and State agencies to clear existing violations and have strong processes in place to help prevent them from occurring in the first place. Our compliance efforts ensure the safety of tenants and proactively protect your investment.
Accounting
Our favorite quote is “if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.” All of our systems are designed with that in mind, and our accounting processes are no different. With 24/7 access to our owner portal, you’ll have full insight into all money going in and out of your property account. Our accounting team prepares reporting packets that are shared with clients monthly, and you’ll have direct access to our CFO for all accounting related questions.
